Tooltips can be displayed to automatically hide after a specified delay. The object will remain visible so
long as the mouse cursor appears over the object and/or triggering link on a Web page. The tooltip
drag and drop feature can be activated by clicking on the draggable region and/or by moving the tooltip.
Once activated the tooltip can be set to appear permanently until closed. These parameter options are
specified for each tooltip window object.
